We provide Ship Agency services to shipowners at every major port in the country, and are the only independent ship agent with national coverage through over twenty of our own offices. These services include agency, documentation, container control, and other services to vessels in the ports where we operate. Our Ship Agency segment accounted for US$18.0 million or 5% of our revenues in 2006.

Wilson, Sons Shipping Agency has been established in Brazil since 1837, being the agency with widest network coverage in Brazilian ports, through its 16 own ports and 02 comercial offices ranging from Rio Grande to Belem, and in 2007 handled 3200 liner calls and 2.095 tramp calls. All of our offices have digital photo cameras, which permit us to provide vessel and cargo reports with digital photos. Furthermore, all of our offices are linked by intranet, permitting a better coordination of information and centralization of funds through our Head Office. In liner trades clients can count on data provided by several first class shipping companies represented, as well as with the vast expertise in foreign trade of our staff. In tramp and semi liner operations we work in tandem with each customer individualy providing synergy to their business and developing new services and products, in order to exceed their expectations.
