We are the third largest container terminal operator in Brazil. We operate two of the principal container terminals in Brazil, located in Rio Grande do Sul and Bahia, pursuant to 25-year concessions from port authorities. The concessions were awarded in 1997 and 2000, respectively, and are each renewable for an additional 25-year period.
