We are the third largest container terminal operator in Brazil. We operate two of the principal container terminals in Brazil, located in Rio Grande do Sul and Bahia, pursuant to 25-year concessions from port authorities. The concessions were awarded in 1997 and 2000, respectively, and are each renewable for an additional 25-year period. The main services provided in our terminals consist of loading and unloanding of vessels and storage of cargo. During 2006, we handled substantially all the container activity in these ports, and were responsible for 13% of total container activity in Brazil. As a result of strong demand, we are currently in a second phase of expanding our Rio Grande do Sul terminal. We also operate in Niterói, in Rio de Janeiro state, the second largest port terminal dedicated to providing services to PSVs, operating in the offshore oil and natural gas industry.
Our Port Terminals segment accounted for US$127.0 million or 38% of our revenues in 2006.
