In addition to the operations of containers, Tecon Salvador also transports other cargo, such as granite and pulp. Such operations totaled 176,484 tons in 2006. In order to improve our productivity, we have since 2000 invested US$29 million in equipment and leasehold improvements. Currently, Tecon Salvador owns:

• Dock Equipment: two port cranes (50 ton Panamax Gantry Cranes) and one crane (40 ton Takraf);
• Yard Equipment: eight reach stackers and nine tractors;
• Other Infrastructure: 4,000 square meters of warehouse, 432 sockets for reefers containers, one terminal for repair of empty containers and ten forklifts.
