Wilson Sons Shipping Agency receives Fenamar quality seal

The Wilson Sons Shipping Agency Wilson sons Group has just received the quality seal of Fenamar, certification granted by the National Federation of Maritime Shipping Agencies for three branches of its business: Paranaguá, Santos and Fortaleza.
The Fenamar quality seal is awarded to companies associated with local trade unions, which undergo an evaluation for two years and aims to attest the efficiency and credibility of maritime agencies across the country. Only one quarter of the market owns the seal.
“We are working to get the seal to the other branches. The certification confers a competitive differential in the shipping market and highlights the existing constructive relationships with regulatory entities”, says the executive director of Wilson Sons Shipping Agency, Christian Lachmann.
To grant the certification, the entity makes an assessment and requires local leadership letters of recognition of ethical posture and proof of solid experience in the agency business for more than five years. Fenamar recognizes the companies associated with the local trade unions and attests to both the efficiency and credibility of the maritime agencies of the country.
Among the main objectives of the certification are to elevate the level of ethical and professional conduct practiced by the maritime agents; Disseminate an adequate level of professional knowledge and experience; and encourage the agents to become solid companies through good practice.
