How to become a supplier

Pre-registration

Access the Pre-registration Form so that our Supplies team can evaluate your company as a possible partner.

Invitation

After Pre-registration, your company will be in a database of potential suppliers. If the opportunity exists, Wilson Sons will send an invitation to participate in the contracting events (sourcing)

Approval

If you are a finalist supplier, the buyer will forward your information to the Supplier Management team to conduct the approval of your company on the G-certifica platform. Depending on your company's activities (CNAEs), you may need to submit some documents for further analysis.

Furthermore, if your company will provide labour services within Wilson Sons' facilities, you will need to provide certain documents for the professional (CPF) who will perform the service. Details of this process can be found in the GFT Guide.

Contract

Depending on the type of supply, a contract may be required. You will be informed of this need.

Am I required to participate in the approval process at Wilson Sons?

Yes, this is the initial and mandatory step conducted in the G-certifica tool. It is a requirement for you to become a partner with Wilson Sons and be contracted. During the quotation and negotiation process, the buyer will direct you to the Wilson Sons Supplier Management team. However, the need to submit documents will depend on the CNAEs (National Classification of Economic Activities) registered with the Federal Revenue Service and present on your company's CNPJ card. I received the invitation to complete the registration, which documents are valid as bank proof?

The bank statement, check sheet, front of the bank card or internet banking print will be accepted as proof. It is important to include the company's CNPJ.
