We actively participate in councils, committees, conferences and working groups, aiming to contribute to the advancement of social agendas and collaborating in the construction of positions and decisions that are important for the market and society.

We prioritize social investments in the areas of education and territorial development, aimed at people in vulnerable situations in territories close to our operations, in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Education, by supporting structural initiatives that contribute to access and improvement of the quality of basic education, professional training and entrepreneurship, aiming at human development and the generation of work and income.
- Territorial Development, by supporting projects and actions in culture, sports and leisure, the environment, health and humanitarian aid, aligned with public policies with the potential to strengthen social capital, foster citizenship and improve quality of life.
For over 20 years, Wilson Sons has engaged its employees in volunteer programs. The program was developed to encourage and support voluntary social actions in Wilson Sons business units throughout the country. This initiative is integrated into the Company's Social Program, allowing employees to carry out volunteer work in communities close to our operations and facilities.
