Tugboats
- Diversity and Equity Program: An initiative of the Tugboats business unit to promote an even safer and more inclusive environment for all;
- Internship on board: Its objective is to strengthen the relationship with our community, giving future seafarers opportunities for inclusion and growth;
- Mar de Ideias: Innovation program of the Tugboats business unit, which encourages employees to contribute ideas, aiming at the implementation of projects to obtain improvements and innovations to the business processes. The employee must propose a new idea that must generate gains for at least one of the following pillars: Efficiency, Revenue, HSE, Risk and Governance and/or Quality;
- Tuglab: It is the innovation laboratory of the Tugboats business unit. The objective is to simplify process flows and optimize communication between onboard and onshore. The team is composed of a multidisciplinary team that works autonomously and questions the status quo (state of affairs).
Tecon Salvador
- Port of Talents (Internship Program):Its objective is to attract and develop young talents, who are looking for learning and professional development opportunities. Through individualized follow-up and skills development workshops, we seek to train professionals who are able to monitor the company's evolution, as well as contribute to the formation of a future professional;
- Father to Son Program: The initiative aims to help young people to enter the labor market, recruiting young apprentices and employees' children to live the experience of their first job;
- Ideas Container: It is an innovation program that values the initiative of employees in submitting suggestions for continuous improvement, whether in process, cost efficiency, HSE, among others;
- Open Doors: It is a program aimed at technical students or college students, with the objective of presenting the performance of the most important Container Terminal in Salvador;
- PDS (Development Program for Supervisors):Its objective is to advise leaders and supervisors in the process of developing technical and behavioral leadership skills, strengthening the role of manager and enabling an effective action to mobilize people and leverage results.
Shipping Agency
- AgenteInova:Innovation program, in game format, in which participants meet to raise proposals for solutions to an existing problem in the business. The objective of AgenteInova is to encourage the implementation of innovative solutions, disseminate ideas that serve as inspiration; valuing employees who work creatively, proactively and in search of solutions, through people who execute the processes.
